Caleb Joshua Skow

I am a PhD student in Dr. Melha Mellata’s lab. My research focuses on studying the virulence of diarrheagenic bacteria in newly developed mouse models and evaluating prophylactic treatments against their infections. My work with diarrheagenic bacteria also includes elucidating their mechanism for persistence in food-producing animals such as cattle.
